What we believe and how we function....We share recovery from addiction as our primary purpose through the philosophy of Narcotics Anonymous as defined in the Approval Form of the Basic Text, and the 12 Steps of NA as we have experienced them. We require any and all trusted servants of Narcotics Anonymous to be directly responsible to the informed Group Conscience of Narcotics Anonymous, to behave as trusted sevants and never govern. We define the policy of our services and give those services direction, never take direction from any service boards or committees. We express our group autonomy in the following ways:

    1. By keeping our Atmosphere for Recovery stable and pure 
    2. By first performing the service we need that we can perform ourselves before asking for help from any structural entities ... such as:
    - Our 12 Step Retreat (usually in late Feb or early March)
    - Our sponsorship of the Traditions & NA History Retreat in Sept

Open Participation at the A.S.I.S. of N.A. Conference held in June sponsored by the Historical Perspective Group.

Historical Perspective Group of NA meets every Friday night starting at 8:30 PM we have no closing time. We follow the traditions and study the Grey Book to learn from those whom came before us. We have been in existence since 1989. We print are own literature and give it a way freely. We also print all are own books the third edition revised and also give them away freely and have since 1989. We were the 1st group that printed the third edition revised after the fourth edition. We group conscience not excepting the fourth edition or the fifth edition Basic texts since they were not group conscience .We have belonged to A.S.I.S. of N.A since 1992 ..... e-mail for group BillAlln9@aol.com
